结合北京理工大学自行研制的BKX-I型变轴数控机床,以机床刚度为优化目标,应用MATLAB优化工具箱中序列二次规划法对机床上下平台的一些结构参数进行优化,使机床的水平刚度有了明显提高.优化结果发现:对于这种类型的机床,当上下两平台形状均为三角形时,机床有最优的水平刚度,这为该类型机床的结构设计提供了依据.
Combined with the BKX-I variable-axis CNC machine tool developed by Beijing Institute of Technology, taking the machine tool stiffness as the optimization objective, some structural parameters of the upper and lower platform of the machine tool are optimized by using the sequence quadratic programming method in the MATLAB optimization toolbox so that the horizontal stiffness The optimization results show that for this type of machine tool, when the shape of the upper and lower platforms are both triangular, the machine has the optimal horizontal stiffness, which provides the basis for the structural design of this type of machine tool.
