Our factory once assumed the task of manufacturing a large number of primary anchorages for tensioning prestressed concrete (see Figure 1). This batch of workpieces has a large amount of drilling work, high precision requirements (aperture diameter φ 7.15~(+0.15), pitch error not exceeding 0.5 mm), and deep drilling, making drilling difficult. If artificial drilling is used, not only the efficiency is low, but also the rate of rejects is high, and the labor intensity of the workers is great. To this end, we have converted a Z8210-type, face milling center hole machine tool into a hydraulic automatic horizontal double-sided seven-head drilling machine to drill this batch of anchors, improve work efficiency, ensure quality, and successfully complete Task. After a long time of operation, the machine performance is stable and can be
