多抱抱家人。拥抱能让人不再孤独,降低消极情绪,甚至能降血压。拥抱能刺激大脑释放催产素,这种激素能增进人际互动,如亲子间的联系、夫妻间的亲密感、陌生人间的信任等;拥抱还能让孩子感受到爱,获得安全感。不妨出门前抱抱爱人,睡觉前抱抱孩子,回老家抱抱父母,因为“拥抱时,打开双手就是打开心灵”。
