本文对国内外医院绩效评价的改革情况及新医改对二级综合性医院内部绩效评价提出的要求进行分析,在此基础上提出了构建二级综合性医院内部绩效考核指标体系的三点设想,期待对一些医院的内部绩效考核工作带来一定的指导意义。
This paper analyzes the reform of hospital performance evaluation both at home and abroad and the new medical reform to the internal performance evaluation of the second level comprehensive hospital.
