合成了新型的多酸纳米颗粒Ag3PW12O40,并以此作为一种新型的光散射纳米探针,用于生化分析.研究发现,Ag3PW12O40与溶菌酶在磷酸缓冲溶液中发生相互作用,产生光散射信号的增强信号,且增强程度与0.5~140μg/mL的溶菌酶呈线性关系,检出限(3σ)为0.04μg/mL.
A new type of polyacid nanoparticle Ag3PW12O40 was synthesized and used as a new type of light-scattering nanoprobe for biochemical analysis.It was found that Ag3PW12O40 interacted with lysozyme in phosphate buffer to generate light-scattering signal The signal enhancement was linear with the lysozyme concentration of 0.5 ~ 140μg / mL. The detection limit (3σ) was 0.04μg / mL.
