目的:探讨老年男性高血压患者中,左室肥厚与同型半胱氨酸、血糖等代谢指标之间的关系。方法:收集119例患者,进行生化代谢指标、心脏彩色多普勒超声及24 h动态血压等检查,根据左室质量指数将患者分为左室肥厚组(n=46)和非左室肥厚组(n=73),分析两组的检查结果。结果:左室肥厚组的24 h平均收缩压、糖化血红蛋白、同型半胱氨酸均显著高于左室正常构型组(P<0.05),经多元线性逐步回归分析,24 h平均收缩压及同型半胱氨酸与左室质量指数相关。结论:老年高血压患者左室肥厚与多种因素有关,其中,高同型半胱氨酸对左室肥厚的影响独立于其他危险因素。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between left ventricular hypertrophy and metabolic indices such as homocysteine and blood glucose in elderly hypertensive patients. Methods: A total of 119 patients were enrolled and their biochemical parameters, color Doppler echocardiography and 24 h ambulatory blood pressure were measured. The patients were divided into three groups according to left ventricular mass index: left ventricular hypertrophy group (n = 46) and non-left ventricular hypertrophy group (n = 73), the two groups of test results were analyzed. Results: The mean systolic blood pressure, glycosylated hemoglobin and homocysteine in left ventricular hypertrophy group were significantly higher than those in normal left ventricular group (P <0.05). By multivariate linear stepwise regression analysis, mean systolic blood pressure Homocysteine is associated with left ventricular mass index. CONCLUSION: Left ventricular hypertrophy is associated with a variety of factors in elderly patients with hypertension, and the effect of homocysteine on left ventricular hypertrophy is independent of other risk factors.
