图1是某些空腔类铸件所处的浇注位置。在这种情况下,如果砂芯的悬臂芯头难以使砂芯可靠定位时,就需要考虑采用芯撑。然而当普通芯撑也无法使砂芯在所需要的位置放稳时,或者即使勉强放稳,但在调整砂芯时易掉落,这时,就得考虑采用成形芯撑。我们在生产GF造型线专用砂箱时就遇到类似情况。我们采用的芯撑如图2所示。图2中a、b尺寸是根据支撑点处铸件的壁厚确
