对332份入库菜豆资源进行炭疽病和枯萎病的苗期抗病性鉴定,对328份菜豆嫩英作营养成分分析,并对“七五”期间通过抗病性鉴定和营养养分分析的218份材料进行重复鉴定,在此基础上将筛选的优异资源材料在三地区进行两年田间综合评价,最后获得12份可直接或间接利用的优良品种材料.
The resistance of anthracnose and Fusarium wilt to 332 bean germplasms was evaluated at seedling stage. The nutritive components of 328 Chinese cabbage varieties were analyzed. The results of disease resistance identification and nutrition analysis of 218 Materials were repeatedly identified. On the basis of this, the excellent resources and materials screened in the three regions were evaluated for two years in a comprehensive field. Finally, 12 excellent varieties of materials which could be used directly or indirectly were obtained.
