国有企业改革是一场广泛而深刻的变革。当前,国有企业的体制转换和结构调整进入攻坚阶段,一些深层次矛盾和问题集中暴露出来。我们必须采取切实有效的措施解决这些矛盾和问题。这不仅关系国有企业改革的成败,也关系整个经济体制改革的成败,决不可等闲视之。在天津社联召开的一次研讨会上,天津社科界学人认真学习十五后四中全会精神,对此问题并结合“入世”在即的形势,各抒己见,有不少好的论述和建议。现刊发一组发言摘要,供读者研究国企改革时参考。
The reform of state-owned enterprises is a widespread and profound change. At present, the structural transformation and restructuring of state-owned enterprises have entered a crucial stage. Some deep-rooted contradictions and problems have been uncovered. We must take effective measures to solve these contradictions and problems. This not only concerns the success or failure of the reform of state-owned enterprises, but also the success or failure of the entire economic reform and must not be ignored. At a symposium held by the Tianjin Federation of Social Sciences, academics in Tianjin's social science circles conscientiously studied the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee. There are quite a few good arguments and suggestions on this issue and on the immediate situation of joining the WTO.
