高职医学院中,生物化学是每一个专业的学生必须学习的基础科目之一,但生物化学概念复杂,分支繁多,学生普遍对其缺乏兴趣。案例教学法在我国高职医学院的生物化学教学中却并没有大范围开展。案例教学法提高了学生的学习兴趣,训练了临床思维,提升团队合作精神,值得大范围推广。本文从案例教学法如何在生化教学中实施,以及在实施过程中应注意哪些问题进行了探讨与研究。
In the higher vocational medical school, biochemistry is one of the basic subjects that every major student must learn. However, the concept of biochemistry is complicated and has many branches. Students generally lack interest in it. The case teaching method has not been carried out in a large scale in the biochemistry teaching of the higher vocational medical school in our country. The case teaching method has enhanced students’ interest in learning, trained clinical thinking, improved team spirit and deserved wide promotion. This article from the case teaching how to implement biochemical teaching, as well as in the implementation process should pay attention to what issues were discussed and studied.
