以杉木为研究对象,采用微爆破技术对其进行处理后,对杉木的干燥特性进行研究。选取生材含水率、爆破压力、爆破次数三个因子进行微爆破处理,之后在(103±1)℃恒温干燥条件下对杉木试件进行干燥试验。实验结果表明,微爆破处理对杉木的干燥缺陷无明显影响,微爆破处理后杉木的干燥速率有所提高,其中生材含水率和爆破压力对杉木干燥速率影响明显,爆破次数无明显影响。
Cunninghamia lanceolata was used as the research object, and the drying characteristics of Chinese fir were studied after it was treated by micro-blasting technology. The factors of water content, burst pressure and number of blasting were selected for micro-blasting treatment. After that, the Chinese fir specimens were dried under constant temperature (103 ± 1) ℃. The experimental results show that the micro-blasting has no obvious effect on the drying defect of Chinese fir. The drying rate of Chinese fir is increased after micro-blasting treatment. The moisture content and burst pressure have significant influence on the drying rate of Chinese fir and the number of blasting has no significant effect.
