住宅施工,杜绝厕所渗漏是至关重要的一个环节。但是,要做好防水,也不是一件很难的事情,根据历年来的经验,我认为可按以下几个方面来做。首先应找出渗漏的地方。渗漏一般有两处:(1)墙面渗水;(2)预留孔洞渗水。然后应找出渗漏水的来源。主要来源有以下几个方面:(1)厕所面层水渗漏至厕所炉渣垫层内;(2)瓷盒与橡皮碗连接处漏水;(3)由于排水管堵塞、排水管与瓷盒连接处漏水;(4)由于淋浴、水溅至墙面上,从而引起渗水。
Residential construction, to prevent leakage of toilets is a crucial part. However, it is not a very difficult thing to do waterproofing. Based on the experience over the years, I believe that it can be done in the following aspects. First, find out where the leaks are. There are two general leakage: (1) wall water seepage; (2) set aside hole seepage. Then you should find out the source of leaking water. The main sources are the following: (1) The leakage of toilet surface water into the toilet slag mat; (2) Water leakage from the connection between the porcelain box and the rubber bowl; (3) The drainage pipe is connected to the porcelain box due to the clogging of the drainage pipe. (4) Water leakage due to showering, water splashing on the wall.
