The entire construction phase takes only 13 months, even shorter than the 220 kV substation construction cycle. This speed of construction is undoubtedly the best proof for the new UHV construction management mode of “headquarters co-ordination and provincial and provincial direct management.” After the project of sending power from Anhui to East Zhejiang and Zhejiang-Fuzhou project, Zhejiang Electric Power gradually established a set of UHV management mechanism system of construction management level coordination and professional management division of labor.
