欧洲人民民主国家正在进行社会主义建设,现时的主要任务就是奠立社会主义的物质和文化基础。波兰、捷克斯洛伐克、匈牙利、罗马尼亚、保加利亚、阿尔巴尼亚以及德意志民主共和国,以马克思列宁主义的伟大学说为指导,依靠苏联真诚无私的和技术精湛的帮助,并学习苏联社会主义经济建设的丰富经验,在战后的年代里,走上了建设社会主义基础的道路,经济实力日益增长,人民物质生活和文化生活的水平逐步提高,有力地证明有计划的社会主义经济无限优越于盲目的资本主义经济。
The people’s democracies in Europe are carrying out socialist construction. The main task now is to lay down the material and cultural foundation for socialism. Poland, Czechoslovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Albania and the German Democratic Republic are guided by the great Marx doctrine of Leninism and rely on the sincere and selfless and skilled Soviet help to learn from the rich experience in socialist economic construction in the Soviet Union. In the post-war era, embarked on the road of building a socialist foundation with increasing economic strength, gradually raising the material and cultural life of the people, and effectively proved that the planned socialist economy is superior to the blind capitalist economy.
