Moyamoya disease is a disease characterized by a rare manifestation of cerebral angiography. Introduced by Shimizu and Takeuchi in 1955 at the Japan Society of Neurosurgery. Japan named this angiography “moyamoya” (vague, hazy meaning). When an abnormality in the brain basal vascular network of a disease was reported in 1966, it was first mentioned that its properties were very different from those of other diseases. The disease is a cause of acute hemiplegia and other focal neurological deficits in children and young adults. Fifty percent of cases develop before the age of 10 and some only six months. In some cases, there is only one episode, which can be completely or partially recovered. but
