一、动机——主动性与积极性的内趋力动机是指激励人去行动以达到一定目的的内在原因,也就是个体发动和维持其行动的心理动因。动机常以愿望、兴趣、理想等形式表现出来。学习动机是一般动机在学习过程中的表现,是推动学生进行学习的一种内部力量。它不但对学生的学习有启动作用,而且贯串学习的全部过程,调节整个学习行为,是影响学生学习的主要因素之一。
First, the motivation - initiative and enthusiasm Motivation motivation is to motivate people to move to achieve a certain purpose of the underlying causes, that is, the individual motivation to start and maintain their actions. Motivation often expressed in the form of wishes, interests, ideals and so on. Learning motivation is the general motivation in the performance of learning process, is to promote students to learn an internal strength. It not only has a starting role for students ’learning, but also runs through the whole process of learning and regulates the whole learning behavior, which is one of the main factors that affect students’ learning.
