目的观察旋毛虫感染对BAlB/c小鼠体内C6胶质瘤细胞生长的抑制作用。方法用不同剂量的旋毛虫感染BALB/c小鼠,并在不同时间接种C6胶质瘤细胞,荷瘤20d后解剖小鼠,测定小鼠体内肿瘤重量及抑瘤率,并对T淋巴细胞亚群进行检测。结果(1)治疗组(先荷瘤,后接虫)小鼠肿瘤重量均显著低于对照组(P<0.01),CD4+/CD8+显著高于对照组(P<0.01);(2)预防组(先接虫,11d后荷瘤)肿瘤体积和重量均显著低于对照组(P<0.01),CD4+/CD8+显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论旋毛虫对BALB/c小鼠体内的C6胶质瘤细胞的生长有一定的抑制作用,并且预防组的抑瘤效果好于治疗组。
Objective To observe the inhibitory effect of Trichinella spiralis infection on the growth of C6 glioma cells in BAlB / c mice.
