总结24例胃癌穿孔的临床特点及诊治体会。通过分析发现穿孔修补术后并发症高，住院期间死亡率高。对胃切除患者进行淋巴结清扫可取得较好的近期疗效。
To summarize the clinical features, diagnosis and treatment of 24 cases of gastric cancer perforation. Through analysis, it was found that postoperative complications of perforation repair are high and the mortality rate during hospitalization is high Lymph node dissection for patients undergoing gastrectomy can achieve better short-term efficacy.
