每当九月开学之时,越来越多的家长们完全不顾“就近入学”的规定,为了能让孩子进入好的小学、好的初中开始忙碌起来,基础教育阶段的“择校风潮”愈演愈烈。一些好学校门庭若市,而在家长眼中不好的学校却门可罗雀,少人问津。我国政府对择校问题报以反对态度,不断颁布文件遏制择校行为的发生,但似乎并不奏效,择校成为一种众人反对、政府遏制但却越发群体化的行为。放眼世界,择校现象存在于众多国家,它对于建国时间仅有百年的美国来说无疑是“历史悠久”了。本文通过对中美两国共同存在的择校问题的发展历程比较,试图寻找一些异同点,从中得到启示。

This article attempts to find out some similarities and differences and gain enlightenment from the comparison of the course of the development of the common school choice between China and the United States.
