2012年底北京开放大学进行了机构调整与岗位聘任,各部门针对十八大报告提出的“努力办好人民满意的教育”和“积极发展继续教育,完善终身教育体系,建设学习型社会”的任务要求,结合本部门未来的发展方向及重点工作继续开展笔谈交流。本次刊登第三组稿件以北京广播电视大学梁小瑞副校长的文章为开篇,还有部分部门负责人的学习心得以及其针对如何将党在新时期对于教育工作的要求落实到北京开放大学的建设和教学实践中的工作设想和认识,希冀引起开放大学同仁的共同探求。
At the end of 2012, Beijing Open University conducted institutional adjustment and post appointment. All departments made positive suggestions on education for the satisfaction of the people according to the report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPCU) and actively promote the development of continuing education, improve lifelong education system and build a learning society "Mission requirements, combined with the department’s future development direction and focus on continuing to carry out written exchanges. This third edition of the manuscript begins with an article by Vice-President Liang Xiaorui at Beijing Radio and Television University, as well as the learning experience of some department heads and how to implement the party’s request for education in the new era to the construction of Beijing Open University And teaching practice in the work of imagination and understanding, hoping to arouse the common pursuit of open university colleagues.
