利用三维声学有限元法预测船用柴油机排气消声器的声学特性,结果显示单腔、双腔和三腔排气消声器传递损失的声学有限元计算结果与两负载法试验测量结果吻合良好,这表明声学有限元法预测消声器声学特性具有较强的适用性和较高的精度。同时,分析不同结构形式的排气消声器的消声特性,结果表明:带插入管的双腔和三腔结构形式具有更高的消声量,适合于船用柴油机排气消声器。
The acoustic characteristics of a marine diesel engine exhaust muffler are predicted by the three-dimensional acoustic finite element method. The results show that the acoustical finite element calculation results of single-cavity, dual-cavity and three-cavity exhaust muffler transmission loss are in good agreement with the two-load test results, Finite element method to predict the acoustic characteristics of muffler has strong applicability and high precision. At the same time, the anechoic characteristics of the exhaust muffler with different structures were analyzed. The results showed that the double-cavity and triple-cavity structure with the insertion tube had a higher muffler volume and was suitable for marine diesel muffler.
