真空电弧镀膜在现代表面工程领域中作为一种新的高速沉积技术近年来得到了迅速发展并已开始进入工业应用。本文试就此新技术的原理、应用和发展前景作一简要介绍。
As a new high-speed deposition technology in the field of modern surface engineering, vacuum arc coating has developed rapidly in recent years and has begun to enter industrial applications. This paper tries to make a brief introduction of the principle, application and development prospect of this new technology.
