无症状肾癌系指临床上尚未出现任何与肾癌有关症状所诊断的肾癌。本文报道8例,符合上述标准,并经手术及病理所证实。 1 一般资料 本组8例,男女各半,年龄41～72岁,平均56岁。均由B超首次发现。右侧5例,左侧3例。肿瘤最大者10.8cm×7.8cm,最小者3cm×3cm。CT与B超检查结果近似,并发现肿瘤最大者同时有周围淋巴结转移。IVU检查7例,发现异常者2例。尿细胞学检查均无阳性发现。1例血沉加快。病理分期Ⅰ期者7例,Ⅲ期者1例。病理检查为透明细胞癌7例,颗粒细胞癌1例。
Asymptomatic renal cancer means that no renal cancer has been diagnosed with any of the symptoms associated with renal cancer clinically. This article reports 8 cases, in line with the above criteria, and confirmed by surgery and pathology. 1 General Information The group of 8 patients, half male and female, aged 41 to 72 years, mean 56 years. The first discovery by the B- Right in 5 cases, left in 3 cases. The largest tumor 10.8cm × 7.8cm, the smallest 3cm × 3cm. CT and B ultrasound examination results are similar and found that the largest tumor at the same time around the lymph node metastasis. IVU examination in 7 cases, found abnormalities in 2 cases. Urine cytology showed no positive findings. 1 cases of erythrocyte sedimentation rate faster. Pathological stage Ⅰ in 7 cases, stage Ⅲ in 1 case. Pathological examination of clear cell carcinoma in 7 cases, 1 case of granular cell carcinoma.
