参照国标,通过试验对辽宁省阜新市高德矿堆积的自燃煤矸石进行轻集料品质评定。在掌握了各项指标均满足国标对轻集料要求的基础上,将自燃煤矸石破碎作粗集料、普通砂作细集料、聚丙烯纤维作增韧材料,由均匀试验设计了10组自燃煤矸石轻集料混凝土试件,进行大量抗压强度、劈拉强度和抗折强度试验。研究结果表明:由于阜新高德自燃煤矸石粗集料与C40砂浆基体的强度和弹性模量相互匹配,虽然其自身强度远不及天然碎石,但因充分发挥了集料和基体的协调作用,可配制出性能优良的C40混凝土,且早期强度发展的更理想。
With reference to the national standard, light aggregate quality was assessed through experiments on spontaneous combustion of coal gangue accumulated in high-ore mine in Fuxin City, Liaoning Province. The results show that the strength and elastic modulus of coal gangue coarse aggregates and C40 mortar matrix of Fuxin high German spontaneous combustion are matched with each other. Although their own strength is far less than that of natural gravel, the coordination between aggregate and matrix is fully exerted , Can be prepared out of excellent performance of C40 concrete, and early strength development is more ideal.
