本文通过对扇形段辊缝调整减速机的结构、主要技术要求和使用特点的分析确定出影响该减速机蜗轮综合间隙的各种因素,并通过大量的试验形成了较为实用的生产工艺方法及量化的工艺参数,从而使扇形段辊缝调整减速机的总装精度达到日本同类产品水平。
