燕山石化物装中心通过市场调研,大胆创新物资采购管理模式,先后对框架协议采购、专业化分工流程化操作、物资供应过程控制和供应商动态量化考核等四项传统业务模式进行了深化改造。经过四个多月的实践检验,“四项业务”改造工作初见成效,为实现物资供应由保供、降本向安全、及时、经济采购方向转变奠定了基础。
Through market research, Yanshan Petrochemical Material Center boldly innovated its material procurement management mode and successively deepened and rebuilt the four traditional business models including framework agreement procurement, specialized division of labor process operation, material supply process control and supplier quantitative evaluation. After more than four months of practice, the “Four-Business” transformation has achieved initial success, laying the foundation for the material supply to be transformed from guaranteeing, reducing cost to security, timely and economic procurement.
