乌龙泉矿基建科木工场过去刨平木件,全用人力,工效低、质量差、劳动强度大。打混凝土时,往往来不及加工,使用后拆模时,模板损耗很大。木工陈吕东、秦洪贵两同志试制一台木工刨床。这个木工刨床有两把长400毫米的刀片用螺钉固定在轴上,轴通过平皮带,由马达带动。加工件沿工作平台经过就被刀片刨平。工效提高20倍,操作简便。因工作平台由一般木料做成,容易变形,影响加工质量,有待进一步改进。
Wulongquan Coal Mining Co., Ltd. has used wood for the planing of wooden parts in the past. It is labor-intensive, with poor work efficiency, poor quality, and high labor intensity. When concrete is used, it is often impossible to process it. When the mold is removed after use, the stencil wears up. Carpenters Chen Ludong and Qin Honggui made a prototype of a wood planer. This wood planer has two 400mm long blades fixed on the shaft with screws. The shaft passes through the flat belt and is driven by the motor. The workpieces are leveled by the blades as they travel along the work platform. Ergonomics increase 20 times, easy to operate. Due to the fact that the working platform is made of general wood, it is easily deformed and affects the quality of the processing and needs further improvement.
