第一条为建立协调稳定的劳动关系,维护企业与职工的合法权益,根据《中华人民共和国劳动法》和《中华人民共和国工会法》,结合本省实际,制定本条例。第二条本条例适用于本省行政区域内的企业以及企业化管理的事业单位(以下统称企业)。第三条集体合同是企业全体职工与企业根据法律、法规的规定,就劳动关系中的权利和义务签订的书面协议。
Article 1 These Regulations are formulated in accordance with the “Labor Law of the People's Republic of China” and the “Law of the People's Republic of China on Trade Unions” in the light of establishing a coordinated and stable labor relation and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises and employees. Article 2 These Regulations shall apply to the enterprises in the administrative regions of the province as well as the institutions under the administration of enterprises (hereinafter collectively referred to as the enterprises). Article 3 A collective contract is a written agreement signed by all employees and enterprises of an enterprise on the rights and obligations in an employment relationship according to the provisions of laws and regulations.
