本文研究了在混凝土中同时使用钢纤维和聚乙烯纤维的效果,尤其是关于这种复合材料的弯曲特性。其目的是制造一种把钢纤维混凝土和聚乙烯混凝土优良性能结合起来的材料;例如具有很高的初裂强度和很高的韧性。研究结果表明这种混合复合材料的初裂强度大致和钢纤维增强混凝土相同,此外还能得到在伸长变形后强度很少降低的韧性。
This article examines the effect of using both steel and polyethylene fibers in concrete, especially with respect to the bending properties of such composites. The purpose is to make a material that combines the excellent properties of steel fiber reinforced concrete and polyethylene concrete; for example, it has a high initial crack strength and a high toughness. The results show that the initial cracking strength of this hybrid composite is approximately the same as that of steel fiber reinforced concrete, and in addition the toughness with little decrease in strength after elongation deformation can be obtained.
