目的:探讨五参汤对阿霉素药物心脏毒性的保护作用及机理研究。方法:腹腔注射阿霉素复制大鼠心肌毒性模型,治疗后观察各组大鼠心电图的改变,心肌血流动力学指标的变化,心肌酶学指标及血清SOD、GSH-PX水平。结果:与阿霉素组比较,五参汤组大鼠±dp/dtmax可显著提高,LVEDP显著降低,能明显降低血清AST、LDH、CK、CK-MB值,能明显抬高降低的QRS波电压,血清中SOD活性显著升高,GSH-PX含量显著升高。结论:五参汤能显著改善ADR引起的血流动力学异常,改善模型动物的心肌缺血,并能减轻氧化应激反应,对ADR引起的心脏毒性有明显保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the protective effect and mechanism of Wu Shen Tang on adriamycin cardiotoxicity. Methods: The rat model of myocardial toxicity was induced by intraperitoneal injection of doxorubicin. After treatment, the changes of electrocardiogram, changes of myocardial hemodynamics indexes, myocardial enzymology indexes and serum SOD, GSH-PX levels were observed. Results: Compared with doxorubicin group, ± dp / dtmax of Wushen decoction group was significantly increased, LVEDP was significantly decreased, serum AST, LDH, CK and CK-MB values were significantly decreased, and decreased QRS wave Voltage, serum SOD activity was significantly increased, GSH-PX content was significantly increased. Conclusion: Wushen Decoction can significantly improve the hemodynamic abnormalities caused by ADR, improve myocardial ischemia in model animals and reduce oxidative stress response, and have obvious protective effect on cardiotoxicity induced by ADR.
