匈牙利KETYKH研究所与俄罗斯汽车科研所HAMH的专家联合进行的研究表明,广泛应用于俄罗斯伊卡鲁斯280客车的Д2456柴油机排放到大气中的有害物平均要比欧1标准高2~3倍。催化中和器可满足现行及未来排放标准要求。然而现有的催化中和器有一个致命的弱点,即寿命短。目前生产的发动机寿命累计达到50~100万km,然而价格不菲的中和器的寿命则要比发动机的短4/5~9/10。因此,为了延长催化中和器的寿命而完善其结构已成为相当迫切的任务。
Research conducted by the KETYKH Institute in Hungary and HAMH experts at the Russian Automobile Research Institute shows that the harmful emissions to the atmosphere from the Д2456 diesel engine widely used on the Ikarus 280 passenger car in Russia are on average 2 to 3 times higher than the Euro 1 standards. Catalytic neutralizers meet current and future emission standards. However, the existing catalytic neutralizers have a fatal weakness, namely short life. At present, the engine life of a total of 50 to 100 million km, however, expensive neutralizer life is shorter than the engine 4 / 5-9 / 10. Therefore, in order to extend the catalytic neutralizer life and improve its structure has become quite urgent task.
