研究了爆炸荷载作用下悬摆式活门撞击门框的动力响应问题。建立了活门撞击门框的动力方程,得出了活门动弯矩、动剪力以及动挠度的弹性解析解。采用考虑应变速率的二维Timoshenko梁单元有限元程序对活门撞击门框进行了非线性动力分析,讨论了材料非线性、应变速率效应以及活门高跨比对动弯矩、动剪力以及动挠度的影响。结果表明:材料非线性以及应变速率效应对活门撞击门框的动力响应影响较显著,并且这种影响随着随着高跨比的减小而增大。
The dynamic response of the pendulum gate hitting the door frame under the explosion load is studied. The dynamic equation of the door hitting the door frame is established, and the elastic analytical solutions of the valve dynamic moment, dynamic shear force and dynamic deflection are obtained. Nonlinear dynamic analysis of the impact on the door frame with two-dimensional Timoshenko beam element considering the strain rate is carried out. The effects of material nonlinearity, strain rate effect and flap to span ratio on dynamic moment, dynamic shear force and dynamic deflection are discussed influences. The results show that the material nonlinearity and the strain rate effect have a significant effect on the dynamic response of the door knocked on the door frame, and this effect increases with the decrease of the high span ratio.
