目的研究模拟失重骨质和骨髓内人重组骨形成蛋白 2 (Humanrecombinationbonemorphogeneticprotein 2 ,rhBMP 2 )形态学的变化。方法选用SD大鼠 ,随机配对分为悬吊组和自由活动组 ( 5只 /组 ) ,实验期为 1 4、2 8d。组织标本行原位杂交。结果尾吊组大鼠骨质和骨髓内rhBMP 2的表达明显弱于对照组 (P <0 .0 5) ;尾吊组 1 4drhBMP 2的表达明显强于 2 8d(P <0 .0 5)。结论大鼠后肢去负荷导致骨和骨髓rhBMP 2含量的降低
Objective To study the morphological changes of human recombinant bone morphogeneticoprotein 2 (rhBMP 2) in simulated bone loss and bone marrow. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into suspension group and free exercise group (5 rats / group), the experimental period was 14,28 days. Tissue specimens were in situ hybridized. Results The expression of rhBMP 2 in the tail bone and bone marrow of the tail suspension group was significantly weaker than that of the control group (P <0.05). The expression of 14 rhrhBMP 2 in the tail suspension group was significantly stronger than that of the control group (P <0.05) . Conclusion Depletion of hindlimb in rats resulted in the decrease of rhBMP 2 content in bone and bone marrow
