目的:观察仙灵骨葆联合光子治疗仪护理治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果。方法:将股骨粗隆间骨折手术患者64例随机分成对照组和治疗组,每组32例。对照组采用抗旋转股骨近端髓内钉(PFNA)手术治疗和术后光子治疗;治疗组在此基础上加用仙灵骨葆胶囊。两组采取相同的护理措施。采取术前常规探访和术后定期随访,比较两组下地行走时间、疼痛缓解时间、骨折愈合时间和骨痂生长情况及髋关节功能Harris评分等指标。结果:治疗组患者下地行走时间、疼痛缓解时间及骨折愈合时间分别为(52.27±6.41)d、(45.47±6.39)d及(4.01±1.13)个月,均短于对照组(t=14.891,P<0.01;t=16.243,P<0.01;t=4.613,P<0.01);治疗组患者骨痂生长为Ⅳ级5例(15.63%),明显高于对照组3.13%(χ2=3.857,P<0.05);治疗组患者髋关节功能优良率为90.63%,明显高于对照组75.00%(χ2=4.569,P<0.05)。结论:仙灵骨葆联合光子治疗仪及护理能缓解临床症状促使骨折愈合,促进患者的髋关节功能恢复,值得临床推广。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the clinical effect of Xiongyu Gubao combined photon therapy apparatus in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures. Methods: 64 patients with intertrochanteric fractures were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 32 cases in each group. The control group was treated with anti-rotation proximal femoral nail (PFNA) and postoperative photon therapy. The treatment group was treated with Xianling Gubao capsule. The two groups took the same care. Routine preoperative routine follow-up and postoperative follow-up were performed. The walking time, pain relief time, fracture healing time, callus growth and Harris hip score were compared between the two groups. Results: The walking time, pain relief time and fracture healing time in the treatment group were (52.27 ± 6.41) days, (45.47 ± 6.39) days and (4.01 ± 1.13) months, respectively, which were shorter than those in the control group (t = 14.891, (P <0.01; t = 16.243, P <0.01; t = 4.613, P <0.01). The callus growth in the treatment group was grade Ⅳ in 5 cases (15.63%), which was significantly higher than that in the control group (χ2 = 3.857, P <0.05). The excellent and good rate of hip joint function in the treatment group was 90.63%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (χ2 = 4.569, P <0.05). Conclusion: Xianlinggubao combined photon therapy apparatus and nursing can relieve clinical symptoms and promote fracture healing, and promote the recovery of hip joint function in patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
