为了提高铁基表面复合材料的使用寿命,使其具有较高的表面硬度和耐磨性的同时,使其心部具有较好的塑性和韧性。本实验对铁基复合材料的热处理工艺进行了研究。结果表明:在980℃油淬保温2 h加上200℃回火4 h的热处理工艺下可以使基体组织得到了进一步强化,基体硬度可提高9%,韧性提高11%;而热处理对复合硬化层的硬度基本没有影响。
In order to improve the service life of the iron-based surface composites, it has a high surface hardness and wear resistance, while the heart has good plasticity and toughness. The experiment of iron-based composites heat treatment process were studied.
