2006年4月,中国和土库曼斯坦签署了《中华人民共和国政府和土库曼斯坦政府关于实施中土天然气管道项目和土库曼斯坦向中国出售天然气的总协议》。2007年7月,双方签署了中土天然气购销协议和土库曼斯坦阿姆河右岸天然气产品分成合同。根据合同,管道建成后,土库曼斯坦将在30年内每年向我国提供天然气300×10~8m~3/a。日前,我国规模最大的境外天然气项目——中土天然气管道项目已开工建设,这是我国第一条跨国输气管道,主干线长约1×10~4km,连接土库曼斯坦阿姆河和我国东部地区,西起中亚最大河流之一的阿姆河之滨,穿过乌兹别克斯坦和哈萨克斯坦到达上海。
In April 2006, China and Turkmenistan signed the “General Agreement between the Government of the People’s Republic of China and the Turkmen Government on the Implementation of the Sino-Turkish Natural Gas Pipeline Project and the Sale of Natural Gas by Turkmenistan to China.” July 2007, the two sides signed the Sino-Turkish gas purchase and sale agreement and Turkmenistan Amu Right Bank gas product sharing contract. According to the contract, Turkmenistan will provide natural gas 300 × 10 ~ 8m ~ 3 / a to China every year after the pipeline is completed. Recently, China’s largest natural gas pipeline project, the Sino-Turkey Natural Gas Pipeline Project, has started construction. This is the first cross-border gas pipeline in China with a trunk line of about 1 × 10 ~ 4km, connecting the Amu River in Turkmenistan with the eastern part of China , West of the Amu River, one of the largest rivers in Central Asia, through Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan to reach Shanghai.
