目的探讨健康教育联合超早期干预对中枢性协调障碍(CCD)患儿适应行为的影响。方法将0~6月龄的36例CCD患儿作为观察组,选择年龄、性别基本相同的正常健康儿作对照组;观察组给予系统健康教育、康复功能锻练、营养脑细胞、高压氧等综合干预治疗,1 a后应用《婴儿社会生活能力量表》对患儿进行评估。结果观察组社会生活能力中的独立生活能力、运动能力、作业操作能力、交流能力、参加集体活动得分与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.01),而两组小孩的自我管理能力均不得分。结论在超早期对CCD患儿给予综合干预,可提高CCD患儿的适应行为,减轻个人及家庭痛苦,提高他们的生存质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of health education combined with ultra-early intervention on adaptive behavior in children with central coordination disorder (CCD). Methods Thirty-six children with CCD from 0 to 6 months old were selected as the observation group. Normal healthy children of the same age and sex were selected as the control group. The observation group was given health education, rehabilitation functional exercise, nutritional brain cells, hyperbaric oxygen Comprehensive interventions, 1 a after the application of “infant social life scale” to evaluate the children. Results There was no significant difference between the observation group in social life ability of independent living ability, exercise ability, operation ability, communication ability and participation in group activities compared with the control group (P> 0.01), while the self-management ability Do not score. Conclusions Comprehensive intervention in the ultra-early stage of CCD may improve the adaptive behavior of children with CCD, reduce personal and family pain, and improve their quality of life.
