1 前言 几年来,Preussag stahl AG(PSAG)公司有1台单流大型铸机(1900~2600mm×250/210mm)和1台双流铸机(1100~2000mm×250/210mm)同时在生产板坯。 众所周知,合适的结晶器液面控制操作会大大影响到生产费用和产品质量,直至板坯表面质量、皮下冶金组织、浇铸可靠性和合理程度。 为了查明如何能够达到显著改善的可靠数据,对现有的结晶器液面控制系统做了分析。所达到的控制精度是不够的,尤其是在铸速很高时。现有的系统包括: (1)射线水平测量设备,特别是精度有限
1 Introduction For several years Preussag stahl AG (PSAG) has produced a slab from a single-strand casting machine (1900-2600 mm x 250/210 mm) and a twin-strand casting machine (1100-2000 mm x 250/210 mm). As we all know, the appropriate mold level control operation will greatly affect the production costs and product quality, until the slab surface quality, subcutaneous metallurgical, casting reliability and reasonableness. To find out how reliable data can be achieved with significant improvements, existing crystallizer level control systems were analyzed. The control accuracy achieved is not sufficient, especially at high casting speeds. Existing systems include: (1) ray level measurement equipment, especially with limited accuracy
