门急诊补液患者排队时间长,医院投入大,投诉率高,医疗纠纷多正成为中等规模的综合性医院管理的难点。在高峰期间,虽然投入大量人力,但却收效甚微。运用信息化工具后,可建立补液信息化系统,通过信息系统实现补液的排队选号、瓶贴打印等功能,优化门急诊补液的流程,营造轻松舒适的环境。
