本文选择毛白杨和加拿大杨这两个插穗生根难易程度不同的树种为研究对象。试验再次证明,适度的萘乙酸(NAA)处理可提高插穗生根率。它的最明显的作用是促进茎插穗沾药部分愈伤组织的产生。高浓度的NAA处理促使插穗中物质过多调运到正在生长的愈伤组织中。这不仅影响到嫩茎的生长,而且不利于细胞再分化为根原基,甚至产生生理毒害作用。NAA处理的效果因扦插时期而异。NAA处理可较迅速地引起乙烯的释放,可提高细胞质膜透性,提高呼吸强度。经NAA处理过的插穗,经过冷藏可提高插穗含水率和过氧化物酶活性。高浓度NAA处理更大地提高质膜的透性,使膜受到伤害,并使细胞失水。
In this paper, two species of Populus tomentosa and Canadian poplar root cuttings were selected as research objects. Test again proved that moderate naphthalene acetic acid (NAA) treatment can improve the rooting rate of cuttings. Its most obvious role is to promote stem callus dip some callus production. High concentrations of NAA treatment cause the material in the cuttings to be overexpressed into the growing callus. This not only affects the growth of young stems, but also not conducive to cell redifferentiation into root primordia, and even produce physiological toxic effects. The effect of NAA treatment varies by cuttage period. NAA treatment can cause ethylene release more rapidly, can improve the cell membrane permeability, improve respiratory intensity. NAA-treated cuttings, after freezing can increase cuttings moisture content and peroxidase activity. High concentrations of NAA treatment greatly increased the permeability of the plasma membrane, damaging the membrane, and dehydrating the cells.
