1.引言 厚大铸铁件由于模数大、冷却时间长,在生产中经常出现晶粒粗大、工艺出品率低等缺陷。特别是用传统大冒口补缩铸件时,不仅冒口根部组织恶化,而且还经常伴随着缩孔、缩松等缺陷。利用均衡凝固原则,可以有效地克服按传统顺序凝固原则设计冒口时的诸多缺陷。而应用均衡原则,必须真正掌握其内在规律,从铸件的具体形状、结构出发,选择恰当的浇冒系统,才能取得预期的效果。
1. Introduction Thick cast iron parts due to large modulus, long cooling time, often appear in the production of coarse grains, low production process defects.
