注重高校成教学生教学管理中的人文关怀,有利于增强成教学生的学习动力,有利于营造和谐的成教管理环境,有利于减少成教学生的辍学率。这就要求高校成教学生教学管理树立以人为本的教学管理理念;努力改善办学条件,创造良好的学习环境;提供便捷化、生活化服务;在规范制度的同时,实施人性化的服务。
Attention should be paid to the humane care in the teaching management of adult students in colleges and universities, which is conducive to enhancing the learning motivation of adult students, helping to create a harmonious adult education management environment and reducing the dropout rate of adult students. This requires that adult teaching management in colleges and universities establish a people-oriented teaching management philosophy; strive to improve school conditions, create a good learning environment; provide convenient and life-oriented services; regulate the system at the same time, the implementation of humane services.
