高粱是甘肃省主要的禾谷类作物之一,特别是近年随着水资源的溃乏,降水减少,自然灾害的频繁发生,干旱严重的形势下,高粱以其适应性广,抗瘠抗旱性强,粮草兼用,产量高的优点,在粮食生产中起着重要的作用.“天杂9144”是我所于1996年以ZA(外引不育系)为母本,自育恢复系TH_(10).为父本测配育成的国内第一个高抗矮花叶病的高粱杂交种.该杂交种株高160cm左右,茎粗2.8cm,为长方中紧穗型,穗长30~40cm,单穗重108.5g,褐壳黄色,千粒重32.1g,籽粒角质率30%,生育期130~135天,蛋白质含量9.04%,单宁0.57%,淀粉含量74.5%,“天杂9144”的淀粉含量大大超过全国拟定酿造型品质标准,为优质酿造,饲料兼用高粱杂交种.1994年甘谷试验站栽培试验中,亩产达到700多kg,1996年通过天水市科委组织的技术鉴定,综合评价达到国内同类研究的领先水平.现将结果总结如下.
