本文对完善职工培训体系,加强教育培训工作提出了构想:(1)结合电力企业特点,确定职工培训的方向,即重视管理人才培养,重视技术人员的非本专业培训,重视专业人员的知识更新培训,对企业富余人员进行培训,重视人文社会知识方面的培训;(2)建立企业培训模式和培训体系应考虑的主要问题有:统一规划培训项目设计,建立职工教育培训项目创新机制,建立培训中心培训与生产单位培训相结合的培训方式,建立专业培训基地,以培训中心为主建立企业职工培训师资库等。
