文化信息资源共享工程是我国目前为止最大的公益性文化资源工程,是国家重大建设工程之一。该工程以各级公共图书馆、文化站等为依托,整合和传播优秀文化数字资源,满足基层群众“求知识、求富裕、求健康、求快乐”的需求。但在实施过程中仍存在不尽如人意之处,解决问题的方法应因地制宜,充分利用已建成果,最大化发挥各级网点设备设施的服务能力,全面推动文化资源的共建共享。 Cultural information resource sharing project is by far the largest public welfare cultural resource project in our country and one of the major national construction projects. The project relies on public libraries and cultural stations at all levels to integrate and disseminate outstanding cultural digital resources to meet the needs of the grassroots “seeking knowledge, seeking wealth, seeking health and seeking happiness.” However, the implementation process is still unsatisfactory. The solution to the problem should be based on local conditions, make full use of the achievements already made, maximize the service capabilities of equipment and facilities at all levels and promote the co-construction and sharing of cultural resources in an all-round way.
