医患关系难题的真正症结在于制度伦理失序。具体来说,这种制度伦理失序表现在四个方面,即民众缺乏医疗服务购买力;医生群体薪酬过低;缺乏严格的医疗行业管理规则;未建立起真正的医疗服务市场。因此破解医患关系难题的制度伦理策略就必须围绕这四个方面去做,即提升民众的医疗服务购买力;建立合理的医生薪酬体系;建立严格的行业管理规则;建立真正的医疗服务市场。
The real crux of the doctor-patient relationship problem lies in the systematic ethical disorder. Specifically, there are four aspects of this institutional ethical disorder, namely, the lack of public purchasing power of medical services, the low pay of doctors, the lack of strict medical industry management rules, and the absence of a real market for medical services. Therefore, to solve the ethical strategy of doctor-patient relationship problems must be done around these four aspects, that is, to enhance people’s purchasing power of medical services; to establish a reasonable system of doctor’s remuneration; to establish strict industry management rules; to establish a real market for medical services.
