RD_2型火车轴是我国铁路机车车辆的关键零件之一。过去一直由铁道部安排组织生产。由于铁道部内的生产能力有限,多年来,不得不花费大量外汇进口火车轴。随着国家建设的发展,我国RD_2火车的年需要量逐年增多。为了既满足我国铁路机车车辆工业发展的急需,又尽快结束长期以来用巨额外汇进口车辆的历史,国家已决定由太原重机厂锻造热处理厂,将水压机车间利用闲置的2500t水压机及其起重和动力设施进行改造,并加装从奥地利GFM公司引进的SHP32型精锻机,增建车轴粗加工工部,形成车轴
RD_2 train axle is one of the key parts of China’s railway rolling stock. In the past has been organized by the Ministry of Railways production. Due to the limited production capacity within the Ministry of Railways, over the years, it has had to spend a lot of foreign exchange to import train axles. With the development of national construction, the annual demand of RD_2 trains in our country increases year by year. In order to meet the urgent need of China’s railway rolling stock and industrial development and end the long history of importing vehicles with huge foreign exchange as soon as possible, the state has decided to use the forging heat treatment plant of Taiyuan Heavy Machinery Plant to make use of the idle 2500t hydraulic press and its lifting and Power facilities to carry out the transformation, and the installation of GFM from Austria to introduce the SHP32 precision forging machine, the construction of the axle roughing of the Ministry to form the axle
