患者,男,18岁,1983年4月因右手不自主抖动3年,右下肢抖动伴语言不利1月入院。3年前右手拿东西时有不自主抖动,一直未治。1月前右手抖动明显,于劳累后右下肢亦有抖动,静止时明显,睡眠时消失。同时感到右侧上下肢发硬动作不灵便,说话不流利及流口水。个人史无特殊。家族中其舅父、一姐一兄患同样病,主要表现为肌僵硬、动作迟缓及双手震颤。查体:心、肺、腹无异常,面部缺乏表情,头部前倾,躯干前弯,动作迟
