目的了解张家港市市售食品的污染状况。方法在全市10个监测点抽检25类食品514份样品,开展有害元素、食品添加剂、真菌毒素、微生物指标等20多项污染物的监测。结果抽检食品中镉、汞、砷、铬都没有超标,而蔬菜中的铅(超标率为5.84%)、食用菌中的二氧化硫(超标率为9.52%)、蜜饯中的二氧化硫和甜蜜素(超标率均为5.88%),以及鱼糜制品中的菌落总数(超标率为29.63%)超标较多。结论市售食品污染水平总体较低,但仍存在食品污染隐患,应采取针对措施,提高食品的安全性。
Objective To understand the status of food contamination in Zhangjiagang City. Methods A total of 514 samples of 25 kinds of food samples were collected from 10 monitoring sites in the city. More than 20 pollutants such as harmful elements, food additives, mycotoxins, and microbial indicators were monitored. Results There was no excessive level of cadmium, mercury, arsenic and chromium in the sampled food, while lead (exceeding the standard rate of 5.84%), sulfur dioxide in the edible fungus (exceeding the standard rate of 9.52%), sulfur dioxide and sodium cyclamate The rates were 5.88%), and surimi products in the total number of colonies (exceeding the standard rate of 29.63%) exceeded the standard. Conclusion The level of food contamination on the market is generally low, but there are still hidden dangers of food contamination. Measures should be taken to improve food safety.
