本文从区域分工的角度,系统地论述了区域产业政策的基本规则及其在我国的应用。文章认为,区域分工应受以区域的主体性为基础的比较优势的支配,规模经济是同质区域间分工发生的内在机理。文章还对区域专业化部门的区域乘数机制及其发生作用的社会经济条件进行了揭示和论述。
This article systematically discusses the basic rules of regional industrial policy and its application in our country from the perspective of regional division of labor. The article holds that the division of labor in a region should be dominated by the comparative advantages based on the subjectivity of the region, and the economies of scale are the internal mechanisms for the division of labor among homogeneous regions. The article also reveals and discusses the regional multiplier mechanism of the regional specialization department and its social and economic conditions.
